How Does It Work?

You package up your iPod safely and securely and send it to us. When we receive your iPod it will be inspected and tested, assuming everything is in order, your new battery will be installed and your iPod will be tested again and shipped back to you in a special shipping container using Special Delivery Guaranteed next day service Insured for £500.

If any problems are found on the initial test you will of course be informed.

We aim to send your iPod back out to you the very same day we receive it so you should receive it back the very next day!

We strongly recommend you use an insured , traceable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Pease note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
