What is a FM transmitter? FM radio transmitters are
devices which allow you to connect your
MP3 players (e.g. iPod) or any device with a standard earphone socket such
as a portable GPS / navigation device (e.g. TomTom or garmin) to your car stereo
and transmit the audio output wirelessly!
All you need to do is connect the FM transmitter to your MP3 player and set it
to broadcast on a vacant frequency (a frequency not being used by any radio
station). You then tune your radio into the same frequency, and hey presto….
